rice 1cup
pesarpappu(green gram)1/2cup
 bellam(jaggery)1cup
ghee 1/2cup
kaju -20,
dry coconut slices -4tsp,

PREPARATION


Roast the pesarapappu till it smells nice, mix the rice and pesarapappu, wash & add the water in 3:2 ratio and  then cook directly or in a pressure pan. Make bellapu pakam(liquid jaggary) add the cooked rice in low flame stir nicely for 10min .Fry kaju pieces, kismis,coconut slices in ghee till brown colour,and then add the rice with ghee ,and add the pacha kurpuram & elachi powder also. Decorate with kaju and then serve hot.

PREPARATION


wash chicken and put all the above ingredients and then marinate the chicken for 30 mins put  into freezer,
after that put the chicken into the pressure pan 10min in low flame, remove the chicken ,wash the rice, soak(take water3:2) it for 20 min. Take a pan put oil and add all seasoning ingredients,and then add rice, chicken and water, cook on a medium flame for 20mins, garnish with onion slices and lemon. Serve hot.

wash all the above cereals and let them dry, roast the cereals till a nice smell comes and then grind finely.

 mix two spoons of  the cereal powder stir well in cup of water.  pour the mixture into 200 ml of boiling water,stir contineously for 5to 10min on medium  heat . add salt or jaggery and milk or curd also to taste,and then add 1tsp of dry fruits powder.

mix all items and then aside  for 20 min,take idli cooker/pressure pan for cooking the dhoklas, take one plain plate; spread one table spoon of ghee or spoon of cooking oil and then take the mixture spread it into the plate. place the plate into the pressure pan&cook for 15 minutes on low flame. remove the plate from the pan wait for 3 minutes&cut it into any shape you like.after seasoning the dhokla's garnish with coriander& serve hot.

50gms of butter
2nos big onions
10gms of kajupowder
1tsp of ginger garlic paste
25gms of oil
2tsp of soya and tomato sauce
