PREPARATION
Roast the pesarapappu till it smells nice, mix the rice and pesarapappu, wash & add the water in 3:2 ratio and then cook directly or in a pressure pan. Make bellapu pakam(liquid jaggary) add the cooked rice in low flame stir nicely for 10min .Fry kaju pieces, kismis,coconut slices in ghee till brown colour,and then add the rice with ghee ,and add the pacha kurpuram & elachi powder also. Decorate with kaju and then serve hot.
