veg cutlet

Ingredients



100gms of carrot
100gms of beans
2 no's potato
100gms of green peas
100gms of cauliflower
3 no's green chilli's
1  onion
pinch of chilli powder
pinch of coriander powder,
pinch of pepper powder,
salt to taste,
pinch of garam masala,
1tsp ginger garlic paste,
bunch of coriander,
pinch of ajinomoto,
1/2 cup of bread crum powder,
1/2 bunch pudina,
oil for fry,

How to make cutlet

  • clean and wash all vegetable
  • boil all vegetables and mash it
  • cut onion and chillies into small pieces
  • mix coriander,chilli ,ajinomoto, pepper ,garammasala powder,and boil veg mash
  • make cutlet  in your own size and shape
  • sprinkle bread crum powder and deep fry it
  •  garnish with coriander.
